藜麥原產於南美洲安地斯山脈,包括現今的厄瓜多爾,玻利

維亞,哥倫比亞和秘魯,是人類古老穀物之一,據稱有七千

多年種植食用歷史,並有「糧食之母」之美稱。

What is Quinoa?

Quinoa originates from the Andes of South America,including Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, and Peru. It is known as an ancientcereal to mankind and said to have 7,000 years of edible history, also known as“mother of grain.”

*聯合國糧農組織簡稱FAO將藜麥列為全營養食品

*藜麥富含葉酸、膳食纖維,鈣與多種維生素E,B1,B2,B6…與多種微量元素。

烹調方式: Cookingmethod

[熱食]飯類

*確實以清水洗滌。

*加入白米混和蒸煮,白米:藜麥(4:1)或白米:藜麥(5:1) ,依個人喜好調整,水量1:1即可。(ex.四杯米加一杯藜麥,內鍋要放五杯水

[Hot food] Rice

Wash with water

Add white rice and quinoa mix to cook. The recommendedratio of white rice to quinoa should be 4 cups of white rice:1 cup of quinoa or5:1 depending on personal preference. Water should be 1:1 (if using 4 cups ofrice: 1 cup of quinoa, you should add 5 cups of water)

[熱食]粥品類

*煮粥時,在滾水中煮沸約15分鐘左右,令其膨脹、變透明後即可食用。

[Hot food] Congee

When cooking the congee, let it boil for roughly 15minutes. When it expands and becomes transparent, it is ready to eat

[冷食]沙拉類

*與水煮熟後加入沙拉涼拌後食用。

[Cold Food] Salad

After it is cooked with water, add into salad and mix

飲品類

*將煮熟的藜麥加水打成漿,加入豆漿或牛奶等飲品中。

Beverage

Add water to cooked quinoa and churn to pulp. Add intosoybean, milk or other beverages.
