◎炒食法Stir-fried Broad Bean Threads
1.將寬粉浸水約10分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上
2.沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛羊、雞鴨、鵝均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、味精、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開
3.將已浸過之寬粉放入鍋內,攪拌至寬粉露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒寬粉
1.Soak the broad bean threads into water for 10 minutes to soften it; Drain up and set aside on a dish.
2.2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goose will do), dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixed and stir-fried. Then, add some water to it.
3.Put the soaked broad bean threads into wok, stirred till the bean threads become transparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried broad bean threads of crystal clear.
◎煮食法Broad Bean Threads Soup
湯沸騰後加入寬粉,約再煮5~10分鐘即可食用
Put in the broad bean threads after the soup is boiled,. Then keep it boiled for 5-10 minutes and turn off the stove. And you shall have a delicious broad bean threads Soup.
