烹調方式: Cooking method

湯圓作法:
1.
龍口糯米粉一包加冷水500c.c.搓揉,再搓成大小適當之湯圓。
2.
水煮至沸騰後放入湯圓,加糖,煮至湯圓浮起,中火再滾1分鐘即完成。
3.
可用肉角、肉燥、筍角、高麗菜,包成鹹湯圓或菜包。

Tang Yuan (Glutinous Rice Balls)

1.Mix 1 pack of LONG KOW GLUTINOUS RICE FLOURwith 500c.c. of cold water. Divide and roll the mixture into ball shape ofappropriate size.

2. Put in Tang Yuan once the water is boiled;add sugar. Boil till Tang Yuan float. Turn to medium heat and boil for another1 minute.

3. You may stuff with pork chunk, groundpork, bamboo shoots, cabbage, etc. to make salty Tang Yuan or vegie Tang Yuan.


元宵作法:
1.
先用芝麻粉、花生粉或紅豆餡,乾裹糯米粉,沾濕再裹,反覆多次,再按上項煮法即可。

Yuan Xiao (Sweet Dumplings)
Wrap sesame powder, peanut powder or red bean filling with glutinous flour.Then wrap again after sprinkle some water. Repeat the procedure several timesand then cook them like Tang Yuan.

 

年糕作法:
1.
龍口糯米粉一包和砂糖450公克,加冷水600c.c.攪拌成米漿。
2.
倒入置有鋪年糕紙之耐熱容器或磁器內,大火蒸約100分鐘,可先用筷子戳入探底有否熟透。

3. 若有加入調味料、肉燥、油蔥...即成鹹年糕。

 

Nian Gao (New Year Cake)

1.Mix 1 pack of LONG KOW GLUTINOUS RICEFLOUR, 450g of granulated sugar and 600c.c. of cold water.

2.Pour the mixture into heat-proof containeror ceramic container covered by Nian Gao Paper. Steam over high heat for 100minutes or so. Test if it’s done by using chopsticks to poke.

3.You may also add seasonings, ground porkand seasoned fried green onions to make salty Nian Gao.

 

麻糬作法:
1.
龍口糯米粉一包和白砂糖150公克,加冷水800c.c.攪拌成米漿。
2.
倒入容器蒸約半小時後,即刻攪拌,在蒸半小時後攪拌即成。表面抹上少許油以免乾硬。

Mochi(Sticky Rice Balls)

1.Mix 1pack of LONG KOW GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR with granulated white sugar and 800c.c.of cold water.

2. Pour themixture into a container and steam it for 30 minutes and stir. Steam foranother 30 minutes and stir again. Put some oil on top to keep it from driedup.

 

微波爐製法:龍口糯米粉一包,加水500c.c.,白細糖半台斤拌勻,用超強微波5分鐘後,取出用力攪拌再微波一次3分鐘後再攪拌即完成。

 

Cookingwith a microwave: Mix 1 pack of LONG KOW GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR with 500c.c. ofwater and 300g of granulated white sugar; heat it with strong microwave for 5minutes and stir hard; heat it with microwave for another 3 minutes and stiragain.)
