◎Stir-fried Broad Cellophane Noodles
1.Soak the broad cellophane noodles into water for 5-10 minutes to soften it; Drain up and set a side on a dish.
2.2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goose will do),dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixed and stir-fried. Then, add some water to it.
3.Put the soaked broad cellophane noodles into wok, stirred till the broad cellophane noodles become transparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried broad cellophane noodles of crystal clear.
◎Broad Cellophane Noodles Soup
1.Follow the orders of Stir-fried Broad Cellophane Noodles, with extra water (subjected to personal taste).
