◆烹調方式: Cooking method:
˙沙拉:
1. 鍋子加入約1000cc 水,煮沸後放入寬粉,小火煮8~15分鐘後撈起瀝乾。
2. 剪切成5~8公分,與蔬菜、水果放入大碗中,加入橄欖油、沙拉醬一起攪拌均勻。
3. 擠一些檸檬汁,撒上黑胡椒,香草葉類,即成一道美味蔬菜粉絲沙拉。
Salad
1.Put 1000ml of water into a large pan, and boil Broad Threads. Boil for 8-15 minutes. Drain well and set aside until needed.
2.Cut the Broad Threads into 5-8 cm strands and place into a big bowl. Add desired vegetables, fruits, olive oil, and salad dressing. Mix well.
3.Add black pepper and herbs.
˙炒食法:
1. 將寬粉浸水約10~30分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上。
2. 沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛豬、雞鴨均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開。
3. 將已洗過之寬粉放入鍋中,攪拌至粉絲露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒寬粉。
Stir-Fry Vermicelli
1.Soak the Broad Threads into water for 5-10 minutes to soften it, then drain the Broad Threads and set aside on a plate.
2.Add 2-3 teaspoons of oil, shredded meat (beef, lamb, chicken, duck, or goose), dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix and stir-fry, then add water to it.
3.Put the soaked Broad Threads into a wok, stir until the Broad Threads becomes transparent. Crystal clear and savory stir-fried vermicelli is ready to serve.
˙煮食法:
1. 依照炒寬粉之方法及順序,將水加多一些(依個人嗜好而定)。
2. 湯沸騰後放入寬粉,約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之寬粉湯。
Vermicelli Soup
1.Follow the same steps for stir-fried Broad Threads but add more water (depending on personal preference).
2.Put the Broad Threads in after the soup is boiling. Boil for 3-7 more minutes and then turn off the stove. Delicious Broad Threads soup is ready to serve.
