食用方法: Recipes

◎炒食法Stir-fried Vermicelli

1.將粉絲浸水約10~30分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上。
Soak the vermicelli into water for 10-30 minutes to soften it; Drain up and set aside on a dish.

2.沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛羊、雞鴨、鵝均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開。
2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goose will do), dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixed and stir-fried. Then, add some water to it.

3.將已洗過之粉絲放入鍋中,攪拌至粉絲露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒粉絲。
Put the soaked vermicelli into wok, stirred till the vermicelli become transparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried vermicelli of crystal clear.

煮食法Vermicelli Soup

1.依照炒粉絲之方法及順序,將水多加一些(依個人之喜好而定)。
Follow the orders of Stir-fried Vermicelli, with extra water (subjected to personal taste).

2.湯沸騰後放入粉絲,約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之粉絲湯。
Put in the vermicelli after the soup is boiled,. Then keep it boiled for 3-7 minutes and turn off the stove. And you shall have a delicious Vermicelli Soup.
