◎炒食法 ◎Stir-friedVermicelli
1.將粉絲浸水約5~10分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上。
2.沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛羊、雞鴨、鵝均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開。
3.將已洗過之粉絲放入鍋中,攪拌至粉絲露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒粉絲。

1.依照炒粉絲之方法及順序,將水多加一些(依個人之喜好而定)。
2.湯沸騰後放入粉絲,約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之粉絲湯。
