◆烹調方式: Cooking method:
◎炒食法 ◎Stir-fried Cellophane Noodles
1.將粉絲浸水約5~10分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上。
2.沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛羊、雞鴨、鵝均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開。
3.將已洗過之粉絲放入鍋中,攪拌至粉絲露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒粉絲。
1.Soak the cellophane noodles into water for 5-10 minutes to soften it; Drain up and set a side on a dish.
2.2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goose will do),dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixed and stir-fried. Then, add some water to it.
3.Put the soaked cellophane noodles into wok, stirred till the cellophane noodles become transparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried cellophane noodles of crystal clear.
◎煮食法 ◎Cellophane Noodles Soup
1.依照炒粉絲之方法及順序,將水多加一些(依個人之喜好而定)。
2.湯沸騰後放入粉絲,約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之粉絲湯。
1.Follow the orders of Stir-fried Cellophane Noodles, with extra water (subjected to personal taste).
2.Put in the cellophane noodles after the soup is boiled,. Then keep it boiled for 3-7minutes and turn off the stove. And you shall have a delicious Cellophane Noodles Soup.
