烹調方式: Cooking method

1.寒天飯: 將米洗好放入電鍋中,加入適量清水,再放入"龍口細寒天" 1/3 (5g) 左右,炊煮即可。如此"龍口細寒天"能讓米飯變得"Q""可口"、同時補充人體天然膳食纖維。

煮湯: 加入"龍口細寒天"可增加滑溜口感與厚實感(等同勾芡之意),同時又可攝取天然之膳食纖維。
3.
煮粥: 加入"龍口細寒天"可增加稀飯的濃稠感,又同時補充天然之膳食纖維。
4.
番茄果凍:
A.
番茄汁約500c.c.、龍口細寒天約5g 放入鍋中開始煮。
B.
煮開後攪拌,待龍口細寒天完全溶解,約3~5分鐘。
C.
待稍微冷卻時,放入小杯容器中等涼後即可放入冰箱。
D.
冰涼後,即成營養美味又好吃,且含有豐富膳食纖維的"番茄寒天果凍"

沙拉: 一般的生菜沙拉可加入"龍口細寒天",這種吃法在日本是很普遍的吃法,不但健康又有豐富的膳食纖維。

1.ZKantenRice: Put rice into an electric pot after rinsed; with appropriate amount ofwater, put 1/3 “LOW-KOW Kanten” (approx. 5g) and start boiling. ‘LOW KOWKanten” can make the rice softer, springier and more delicious while addingextra natural dietary fibers for you to intake.

2.Soup:Add “LOW-KOW Kanten” to make the soup even smoother and thicker, giving youextra natural dietary fibers.

3.Porridge:Add “LOW-KOW Kanten” to make the porridge thicker, giving you extra naturaldietary fibers.

4.TomatoJelly

A.Put 500c.c. of tomato juice and 5g of LOW-KOW Kanten into a pot and start boil.

B.Stirwhen it is boiled till “LOW-KOW Kanten is completely dissolved (approx. 3-5min).

C.Turn offthe heat and cool it down a bit; pour it into small cups; put the cups into thefridge after they are cooled down.

D.Voilà!You will get the nutritious and delicious “Tomato Kanten Jelly”, rich indietary fibers!

5.Salad: Add ““LOW-KOW Kanten” into ordinary salad,which is a common ingredient seen in Japanese Salad. It is healthy and rich indietary fibers.
