◆烹調方式： Cooking method：

1.寒天飯: 將米洗好放入電鍋中，加入適量清水，再放入"龍口細寒天" 1/3 (約5g) 左右，炊煮即可。如此"龍口細寒天"能讓米飯變得"軟Q"、"可口"、同時補充人體天然膳食纖維。
2.煮湯: 加入"龍口細寒天"可增加滑溜口感與厚實感(等同勾芡之意)，同時又可攝取天然之膳食纖維。
3.煮粥: 加入"龍口細寒天"可增加稀飯的濃稠感，又同時補充天然之膳食纖維。

2.Soup:Add “LOW-KOW Kanten” to make the soup even smoother and thicker, giving youextra natural dietary fibers.

3.Porridge:Add “LOW-KOW Kanten” to make the porridge thicker, giving you extra naturaldietary fibers.

百香果凍

1. 寒天泡漲擠乾水份。

2. 鍋中百香果汁1500c.c.煮沸，放入寒天小火拌煮約3~5分鐘至完全融化熄火。

3. 分裝各容器冷卻凝固，入冰箱冷藏冰涼食用。

Kanten Passion Fruit Jelly

1. Soak kanten in water until it swells, then remove water content.

2. Boil 1500ml of passion fruit juice in a pot, put kanten in and use low heat to cook for 3-5 minutes until it melts completely.

3. Separate in different containers to cool and to solidify. Put in fridge until it is completely cooled.
