◆Cooking method 烹調方式： 

百香果凍

1.     寒天泡漲擠乾水份。

2.     鍋中百香果汁1500c.c.煮沸，放入寒天小火拌煮約3~5分鐘至完全融化熄火。

3.     分裝各容器冷卻凝固，入冰箱冷藏冰涼食用。

Kanten Passion Fruit Jelly

1.     Soak kanten in water until it swells,then remove water content.

2.     Boil 1500ml of passion fruitjuice in a pot, put kanten in and use low heat to cook for 3-5 minutes until itmelts completely.

3.     Separate in different containersto cool and to solidify. Put in fridge until it is completely cooled.
