˙炒食法:
1. 將粉條浸水約10~30分鐘軟化後,撈起置於盤子上。
2. 沙拉油2~3匙,肉絲(牛豬、雞鴨均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等,熱炒攪拌均勻後,加入少許水煮開。
3. 將已洗過之粉條放入鍋中,攪拌至粉條露出透明,即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒粉條。
Stir-Fry Thick Cellophane Noodles
1.Soak the Thick Cellophane Noodles into water for 5-10 minutes to soften it, then drain the noodles and set aside on a plate.
2.Add 2-3 teaspoons of oil, meatstrips (beef, lamb, chicken, duck, or goose), dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix and stir-fry, then add water to it.
3.Put the soaked Thick Cellophane Noodles into a wok, stir until the Thick Cellophane Noodles becomes transparent. Crystal clear and savory stir-fried cellophane noodles is ready to serve.
˙煮食法:
1.依照炒粉條之方法及順序,將水加多一些(依個人嗜好而定)。
2.湯沸騰後放入粉絲,約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之粉條湯。
Thick Cellophane Noodles Soup
1.Follow the same steps for stir-fried Thick Cellophane Noodles but add more water (depending on personal preference).
2.Put the Thick Cellophane Noodles in after the soup is boiling. Boil for 3-7 more minutes and then turn off the stove. Delicious Thick Cellophane Noodles soup is ready to serve.
