COOKING INSTRUCTION

＊Stir-Fried Cellophane Noodles

1.Soak cellophane noodles into water for 10-30 minutes. Take it out after softening and put it on dish.

2.Add 2-3 spoons salad oil. Sliced meat (beef, lamp, chicken, duck or goose), small dried shrimps, lettuce, carrot, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Fry them together under fire and mix them equally. Then, add a little water till boiling.

3.Put the soaked cellophane noodles into the cooking pot and stir the cellophane noodles until it becomes clear. This is the clear and tasty stir-fried cellophane noodles.

＊Cellophane Noodles Soup

1. According to the procedures and the priority of frying the cellophane noodles, add more water (depend on the individual need)

2. After boiling put the cellophane noodles into the pot for about 3-7 minutes. Then turnoff the stove fire. This is the delicious cellophane noodles soup.
