Cooking method:
◎Stir-fried Cellophane Noodles
1.Soak the cellophane noodles into water for 5-10 minutes to soften it; Drain up and set a side on a dish.
2.2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goose will do), dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixed and stir-fried. Then, add some water to it.
3.Put the soaked cellophane noodles into wok, stirred till the vermicelli become transparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried cellophane noodles of crystal clear.
◎Cellophane Noodles Soup
1.Follow the orders of Stir-fried Cellophane Noodles, with extra water (subjected to personal taste).
2.Put in the cellophane noodles after the soup is boiled,. Then keep it boiled for 3-7minutes and turn off the stove. And you shall have a delicious Cellophane Noodles Soup.
